A Year of Great Change

An amazing time in History

Hello dear friends,

I am feeling very motivated to reach out as we are moving into this New Year of 2025.

I LOVE this time of year. The hustle and bustle of the holidays are over; the days are short, and the nights are long. It is a time of hibernation, slowing down, deep rest, reflection, and setting intentions. In these times of great change, it is such a perfect time to go within ourselves and do some deep, soulful work. Regression Therapy is such a wonderful tool for doing just that.

However, this year feels different, doesn’t it? We’re not just turning the page on a calendar; we’re stepping into a whole new era. There’s a palpable shift happening in our world, from the halls of government to the global stage, and it’s stirring something deep within each of us.

It’s fascinating how the outer planets are mirroring this shift with a rare and powerful alignment. As quantum healer Meg Benedicte explains, we’re experiencing a true “Genesis moment,” a cosmic reset that’s shaking up old structures and paving the way for something entirely new. And each individual planet has it’s own power and attributes…

Pluto, the planet of transformation, is entering Aquarius, the sign of innovation and social change.
The North Node, a point of destiny, is moving into Aries, urging us to embrace our individuality and take bold action.
Neptune, the planet of dreams and spirituality, is also shifting into Aries, inspiring us to connect with our higher selves and pursue our passion.¹

Something New

In the past, we’ve had patterns we could lean on. However, now something is unfolding that isn’t premade, premixed, or predefined. We are moving into a cascading field of possibility and potential for great leaps in creativity, flow, miracles, and paradigm shifts. The tried-and-true systems that have worked in the past are crumbling. The world is ready for something new, and the stars are lining up in such a way that suggests that we, too, are ready for a new self to emerge.

The astonishing and radical patterns that are forming have never come together in a way that resembles the year ahead. And you are here to give it form and shape and meaning, as no one else in this world can. Say yes to the NEW. Say it every day, when you wake and before you sleep. Tell the NEW that your heart is ready to accept this time of great change unfolding.

This celestial dance is an invitation to break free from the past and step into a future filled with possibilities. It’s a time to re-evaluate our beliefs, redefine our roles, and create a life that truly reflects who we are becoming. And it all starts within.
